2024-2025 School Events and Fundraisers
Events
There are a variety of special events that are held throughout the school year. These events are a great opportunity to have fun in fellowship with other school families and support the school at the same time.
Trivia Night
Trivia Night will take place in November. This is a great opportunity to test your useless knowledge while having a great time with friends! Funds raised from this event help support our PTA.
Saints' Social - Catholic Schools Week - Kickoff Event
Each year, we host an adult night of fun and fellowship! Events include "The HOOT" - a night of dinner, silent and live auctions, and lots of donations and "The BASH" - a night of live music, dancing, and comradery amongst our supporters. Funds raised at these events help support our General Fundraising Campaign.
Lenten Fish Fries
Holy Trinity Catholic School hosts two fish fries during Lent. Not only is this a great meal for the family, consisting of delicious fish, German Fries, slaw, and bread, but it is also a great time to join with school families and have fun while serving others! Meals are served until they are sold out. This is a drive thru only event hosted at our East Campus. Funds raised at this event helps support our General Fundraising Campaign.
** Mark you calendars! ** 2025 Fish Fries are tentatively scheduled for Friday, March 7th and Friday, April 4th! **
Family Nights
Throughout the school year, Holy Trinity will host "Family Fun Nights." These may consist of food trucks in the parking lot, movie night outside or in the gym, outdoor games, dodgeball, or other activities. These nights occur so our families and community can get to know each other, grow in fellowship, and have fun!

Oink, Inc.
This year, our kick-off fundraiser for the school year will be through Oink, Inc. Oink, Inc. is a local company that works with us to sell pulled pork, BBQ chicken and pork packs, as well as pork butts and barbeque sauce.
Last year, we had a very successful year with this fundraiser and we hope that success will continue as we kick off the school year working with Oink, Inc! |
Strassenfest: Turkey Tenders and Wettlauf
Each year, Holy Trinity Catholic School participates in our local Strassenfest celebrations in a variety of ways! We co-sponsor the Wettlauf 5K run/walk in conjunction with St. John Bosco Youth Ministry and our corporate sponsor, Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. This event takes place on the Saturday of Strassenfest and is a 3.1 mile route for anyone interested in waking up early to run or walk for fun or competition!
We also run the Holy Trinity Turkey Tender Booth. This is a hit at the annual Strassenfest as we are the only group to serve delicious, marinated turkey tenders and our famous Saints Chips! The line sometimes gets long, but the service and product served are top notch!

Saints Spirit Fun Run
In the spring, students at Holy Trinity participate in a Saints' Spirit Fun Run. We, along with Boosterthon, encourage students to raise funds to run, dance, exercise, and move for 35 minutes. Last year, 98% of these funds go directly to our General Fundraising Campaign! This fundraiser comes with some amazing incentives for students!

8th Grade Fundraisers
Beginning second semester of their seventh grade year, students begin fundraising for their eighth grade class trip to Washington D.C. From touring Ford's Theater, where Lincoln was shot, paying respects at Arlington National Cemetery and laying the wreath at the Grave of the Unknown Soldier, stepping back in time walking through the grounds of George Washington's Mount Vernon, walking the halls of the Capitol building, and standing in awe of our faith inside the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, this trip is an incredible opportunity for students to experience in person what they have learned through class. Fundraisers help offset the cost of the trip and include such things as a golf scramble, mum sale, and poinsettia sale. Thank you in advance for supporting our students on their quest to raise funds so they may experience a piece of history.
