Tuition and Finanacial Assistance

Holy Trinity Catholic School is financially supported through three main entities:
  1. Tuition
  2. Fundraising
  3. Supporting Parish Contributions
As our financial structure indicates, Holy Trinity Catholic School is largely tuition based and depends on our families to help support fundraising efforts throughout the school year.  We are also grateful for the support, financially and through prayer, of our supporting parishes in Dubois County.

While we are very mindful of our resources and work diligently to keep tuition affordable, we also recognize that there are many families who may desire a Catholic education for their child, yet financially it seems just out of reach.  At Holy Trinity Catholic School, we desire to make Catholic education a reality for all those who desire it.  Thus, we have many different options for financial assistance available, from School Choice Scholarships to our own Holy Trinity Catholic School Scholarships.  Applying is easy and confidential!  Let our supportive administrators walk you through the process and help make the dream of a Catholic education become a reality.

Raise Right (SCRIP) Program

Holy Trinity Catholic School's Parent Teacher Association (PTA) raises fund for a variety of activities and supplies throughout the school year. Our PTA is funded mostly through the RaiseRight (SCRIP) program.

Raise Right is an easy way to help out yourself and your school all at once!  Raise Right gift cards are purchased at face value for a wide variety of local and national merchants. Those same merchants have indicated a percentage that they want to give back. Half of that percentage goes back to you in the form of tuition or lunch account credit (up to $599 per school year) and the other half of the percentage goes back to the school's PTA, helping to support the extra special things for students, teachers, and parents throughout the year! If you aren't in need of the additional assistance, your SCRIP funds can 100% be returned to our PTA!

It is super easy and just takes a little planning on your part!

Orders can be placed at the Central Campus, 1385 W. 6th St. Jasper, anytime during school hours. SCRIP orders may also be placed through your child. If you place an order through your child, we kindly ask that your order be received by the school office no later than Wednesday morning. All kid mail deliveries of Scrip cards will happen on Friday afternoons. Therefore, if you send an order form to school with your child, plan that the cards we have in stock will be handed back to your child for backpack mail on Friday afternoons. If you need it sooner, please make arrangements to pick it up in the Central Campus office during regular office hours.
